II.Linings of cement mills

II.1. Two element wave profile lining

Two element wave profile lining is used in cement and raw material mills with a distance between bolts 314 мм along drum perimeter. To improve balls distribution, this lining may be supplied as three element linings, and third element has lower wave height in comparison with main wave. In comparison with cast high manganese steel linings (steel 110Г13Л) and rolled steel linings (steels М75, М76), the new linings:

• has a service life higher by 2 - 4 times
• provide a satisfactory balls distribution along the full length of cement mill first chamber.
• has a cost lower more than 1.5 times.

II.2. Two element lifter profile lining

It is used in cement and raw material mills with a distance between bolts 416-418 mm along drum perimeter. To improve balls distribution, this lining may be supplied as three element linings, and third element has no lifter profile.
